Transportation options are also available—just ask recruiters on-site for details! \n\n\n\nEvent Details\n\n\n\n\nDate & Time: Tuesday\, August 11\, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM\n\n\n\nLocation: Swisher County Memorial Building (127 SW 2nd St.\, Tulia\, TX 79088)\n\n\n\nCo-Hosts: Workforce Solutions Panhandle & International Aerospace Coatings (IAC)\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Role & Pay\n\n\n\n\nPay Rate: $17.00 – $27.50 per hour (based on experience)\n\n\n\n\nWhat You’ll Do: You will prepare aircraft for painting by sanding\, cleaning\, and masking materials\, applying coatings and finishes\, and following FAA safety standards in a professional aviation team environment. \n\n\n\nQualifications: Painting or skilled labor experience is preferred\, especially using brushes\, rollers\, or spray equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working on ladders or elevated platforms\, have a High School diploma or GED (preferred)\, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening. \n\n\n\nHow to Prepare\n\n\n\nBring a current copy of your résumé if available\, dress professionally\, and be ready to speak directly with IAC hiring representatives. \n\n\n\nAll interested job seekers are welcome.
