How Workforce Numbers Are Reported
Workers reported or reasonably estimated to be working on the project now. Each figure is identified as reported, locally estimated or WSP estimated.
The highest published or WSP-modeled workforce expected during major construction. Estimates are shown as ranges when no official peak has been released.
Long-term jobs expected or reported after construction is complete. WSP estimates are used only when no published operations figure is available and are clearly labeled.
