The Child Care Services (CCS) program helps eligible Texas family pay for child care with scholarships so parents can work, look for work, or attend school or job training.
Workforce Solutions Panhandle (WSP) provides CCS scholarships to families who live in the 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle. To qualify, families must meet certain rules and income limits.
