The Program’s objectives include providing Teachers with 10 to 15 days of participation in Externships with regional Employers, facilitating Pre-Externship Orientation sessions, encouraging the creation of Lesson Plans based on Externship experiences, and fostering collaboration between Education and Industry.

Lesson Plans: Teachers will develop Lesson Plans based on Externship experiences, aligning with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) and engaging students in real-world applications.
