Looking for a hands-on career in aviation with great pay? Workforce Solutions Panhandle and International Aerospace Coatings (IAC) are co-hosting an in-person Job Fair to hire Aircraft Painters! No prior aviation experience is required—full training will be provided on the job.

About the Role & Pay
- Pay Rate: $17.00 – $27.50 per hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do: You will prepare aircraft for painting by sanding, cleaning, and masking materials, applying coatings and finishes, and following FAA safety standards in a professional aviation team environment.
Qualifications: Painting or skilled labor experience is preferred, especially using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working on ladders or elevated platforms, have a High School diploma or GED (preferred), and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
