Celebrating Investment in Panhandle Workforce Development
You’re invited to join us for a check signing ceremony celebrating the Texas Workforce Commission’s Jobs & Education for Texans (JET) Grant Program, a vital initiative supporting career and technical education (CTE) in our community.
This event will mark the awarding of JET grants to three local community colleges, empowering them to purchase and install essential equipment for CTE courses in high-demand occupations. These programs will provide valuable training opportunities for students, leading to licenses, certificates, or post-secondary degrees, and ultimately strengthening our local workforce.
