Please be aware that you must report the following changes within 14 calendar days of when they happen:
- Any change in your family’s income or family size that may make your family go over the income limit for child care services
- Any permanent change in your job, job training program, or school attendance
- Any change in your home address, main phone number, or email address
You can report changes to your CCS case by emailing ccapps@wspanhandle.com or calling 806-372-2836.

Contact Information Changes
You must report changes to your physical or mailing address, phone number, or email address within 14 calendar days so our office has the most up-to-date contact information for you.
Report Child’s Attendance Daily
Starting April 1, 2026, you will be required to check your child(ren) IN and OUT every day.
Meeting attendance standards means your child cannot have more than 40 unexplained absences during your 12‑month eligibility period. You must report your child’s attendance using the attendance tracking system at your provider’s location or through the mobile app (if your provider offers it).
Absences caused by a child’s documented chronic illness, disability, or court‑ordered visitation do not count toward the unexplained absence limit. You must turn in documentation to CCS for these types of absences.
If your provider uses the KinderSystems attendance tablet, you can download the KinderSmart application using one of the following links:

Pay Parent Share of Cost
Effective February 2, 2025, the parent share of cost will be calculated weekly. You will be responsible for paying your parent share of cost directly to the designated child care provider.
Your parent share of cost is determined by your family size, household income, and number of children in care. Please see the chart below to determine your maximum parent share of cost.

Transfer Request
You may request a transfer to a different provider at any time.
Please note: There is a two‑week waiting period from the day you request a transfer until the transfer becomes active. This means you need to start the process at least two weeks before you want the transfer to take effect.
